"Everything went fabulously well. We had just the right amount of food for everyone. Several people remarked on the excellent quality of the food. In fact, one of our senior managers here asked me this morning where I ordered the food from because he'd like to use your services for other events as well. “I just wanted to take this time to tell you what a WONDERFUL job your guys did setting up, monitoring, and cleaning up after our Annual Foremen’s Breakfast this past Saturday. They were here bright and early in the morning (they even beat me here) and went right to work setting things up. The coffee was hot and ready to go and they kept a constant eye on the pump pots to make sure they never ran out. “Of course, the food was ridiculously wonderful, and the presentation was lovely!! Marie was really accomodating and worked really hard-- I'm sure she was quite tired at the end. The guests were very impressed with the menu and the set up. They raved about everything but just so you know, particular favorites were the potato appetizer (which was new for us) the salmon mousse of course, and not surprisingly the crab cakes. - Eileen
