Getting Started
At Herban Feast we like to inject a sense of ease and a lot of fun into the work we do with our clients. With a full service event, we'll work with you to cultivate your theme and choose the location to get the ball rolling and a date confirmed. We work with you to understand your event goals and can provide a huge menu selection, venue ideas, and other recommendations to make your event unique and exceptional. Our services come with a dedicated team and colleagues with over a 'bazillion' years of experience in the food industry!

Choosing a Venue
Herban Feast is a preferred caterer for a variety of venues across the Northwest that may be suitable for your event. We also provide catering in private homes and most any venue selected by our clients.
Menu Selection
Choose from our Special Event Menus or let us work with you to customize a menu based on your budget, event theme and culinary desires.
Guest Count
A guaranteed guest count is due 5 business days prior to your event; you may increase your guest count up to 72 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for increasing guest counts after the guarantee has been provided.
Staffing
Our catering proposals reflect pricing for basic staffing needs. Additional staff is available based on these rates per person:
| On-site Chef & Event Lead: | $34 per hour |
| Bartender: | $30 per hour |
| Food & Beverage Servers: | $28 per hour |
| On-Site Assistant Chef: | $28 per hour |
Estimated service time is calculated door-to-door, with a 4-hour minimum. For events requiring service staff, an 18% Service Charge is added to your invoice and distributed to Herban Feast staff involved with your event.
Cost
Our catering proposals reflect pricing for your menu, equipment and basic staffing needs. Additional services and staffing are available upon request. A nominal delivery, set-up & pick-up fee is charged for events not requiring service staff, and the gratuity is left to your discretion. Prices will vary based on the unique requirements of your event.
We require a 50% deposit to book your event on our catering calendar. The balance for your event is due 5 business days after your event with final invoicing.
