More Than Just a Unique Venue
Boasting high ceilings, 7,500 square feet of floor space, exposed millwork, and a hundred years of remarkable character, this distinctive venue features the spaciousness necessary for large events and an inherent warmth and customizable footprint for hosting intimate occasions. Built in 1907 by the Stetson-Ross Manufacturing Company, Sodo Park has been carefully refurbished, incorporating reclaimed lighting, non toxic paints, and recycled furniture, as well as modern amenities. Sodo Park's rustic charm, spacious accommodations, and convenient location (in the heart of Seattle's historic SoDo district just minutes from downtown), make it the ideal destination for weddings, holiday parties, birthdays, anniversaries, birthdays, fundraisers, receptions, and galas.

In addition to our extensive house equipment included with your venue rental, we are also available to coordinate specialty equipment and a variety of enhancements for your event. Our staff is constantly focused on the details so you can feel like a guest at your own event!
