Booking Sodo Park

• You may reserve Sodo Park with a 25% non-refundable deposit (based on estimate)
  50% deposit If booking within 6 months of your event date
• Finalizing your catering details is not required to book

Included with your rental

• 10 continuous hours of venue access on your reserved date
• House manager, dishwasher, and use of our house equipment
• Complimentary 1 hour rehearsal any Thursday or Friday, 10am – 1pm
  Event preparations may overlap with rehearsal times - schedule in advance with your sales person

Optional enhancements

• Unveiled! Herban Design Studio is your on-premise resource for all your event styling and decor needs.
• A private 700 s.f. Bridal Loft in Sodo Park is now available for rent with your booking
  $500 - access begins at the start of your 10 hour time block and ends no later than 10pm
  Includes: private bathroom, full-length mirror, kitchenette, living room furniture,
  and hidden entrance
• Linens, valet parking, staffed coat check, and a variety of additional services & specialty equipment
• Ceremony-to-reception reset - $500
• Access time in excess of the 10 continuous hours included in your rental will be billed in hourly increments at $200 per continuous hour for additional access prior to midnight,
  and $500 per continuous hour after midnight
