A couple of coworkers from Canlis introduced me to the company, and I had never catered before, but now I can’t imagine not working in catering. Each day is different. Unlike a restaurant, we can have many different menus going out in one week. For our clients, I love creating custom menus. It allows me to tap into creativity and come up with a menu that will enhance their experience. Also, I love working with our team. They inspire me every day, and I am constantly learning new things about everyone.

What is one food you could not live without?

My mom’s chili verde.

What beverage are you enjoying when you are out on the town?

Usually, something with bourbon or red wine.

Where is your hometown and what is your favorite thing about it?

Federal Way, Washington. I get to spend time with my family!

What do you like to do with your free time?

I love sewing but quilting in particular. I’m a hoarder of fabric. #fabricaddict
