Coming into my second year in Seattle, I’ve delved deep into food and hospitality with no expectations of where it would lead me. I’m inspired by the abundance of knowledge and experience everyone has at Herban Feast. It’s exciting to see how everyone at Herban Feast collaborates with one another to create these incredible, cherished life events. I am honored to be a part of those first interactions with our clients. I enjoy getting to know each one and understanding their vision in making a memorable night for themselves and the people they care about.
With Herban Feast since September, 2018.
What is one food you could not live without?
Korean cuisine. I find myself preparing dishes my mother used to make me as a child more and more and I wouldn’t want to imagine my life without it.
What beverage are you enjoying when you are out on the town?
I tend to drink with the seasons, so agave during the warmer months and whiskey and scotch in the colder. I also love myself a good Negroni on the rocks with a lemon twist (all year round).
Where is your hometown and what is your favorite thing about it?
I was born and raised in North Jersey. I love its cultural diversity and the people I grew up with, but I also love that it’s only a hop, skip, and a jump away from New York City.
What you do you like to do with your free time?
If I’m not getting something done around my apartment, I’m probably enjoying a night out over great food and cocktails or staying in and cooking for the people I love. And if I have the opportunity, I’m out exploring all the nature surrounding Seattle.
