I love and appreciate good food & service and am thrilled to be part of a company that delivers both! I’m inspired by Herban Feast’s energy and commitment to excel in executing amazingly beautiful, tasty, and successful events. Residing and working in a diverse community, such as Seattle, affords great opportunity for connecting and creating unique experiences for our clients – their personal stories and vision for their event motivate and inspire me too! I recognize it’s not every day one plans for an event and there are a lot of details to identify and establish from the onset. However, I take great pride listening, helping and guiding people as they embark on their event planning journey so they’re set-up for success moving forward. In the end, no matter the occasion, regardless of size or budget, it’s extremely gratifying to hear our clients and their guests were well-cared for, happy, and came away impressed by our catering, venues and service!
With Herban Feast since 2009.
What is one food you could not live without?
Filipino cuisine. Salamat!
What beverage are you enjoying when you are out on the town?
A crisp and properly poured draft IPA.
Where is your hometown and what is your favorite thing about it?
Redmond, WA. Aside from my parents still residing in my childhood home in Redmond, nothing! I am a city boy and love calling Seattle home!
What do you like to do with your free time?
I love spending quality time with my husband, Sander and our children, Rae and Logan. Playing the piano and gardening keep me sane. Otherwise, I love to cook and try new recipes on weekends (courtesy of Sunset Magazine and the like!), traveling to places near and far, exploring local farmer’s markets, on-line shoping, reading news articles, opinions & essays, and cuddling with my cat, Byron.
