BJ, I want to say a quick hello and a huge thank you for a superb job on Saturday. A proper thank you from the school is forthcoming, but I wanted to say a personal hello and let you know how much we appreciate everything you did to make our auction a success.
Much of this was new to us. As you know, we have used the same venue for years, so putting together this event was enormously challenging. Just know that your role in keeping us afloat, going forward and getting through it was key. You are a dream to work with, and I only wish I had more of a role in that process so I could have had the pleasure of working more closely with you!
But it was a real pleasure meeting you and Joe and I think your business and staff are fantastic. Oh, and the food was great! ; }

I just wanted to take this time to tell you what a WONDERFUL job your guys did setting up, monitoring, and cleaning up after our Annual Foremen’s Breakfast this past Saturday.
They were here bright and early in the morning (they even beat me here) and went right to work setting things up. The coffee was hot and ready to go and they kept a constant eye on the pump pots to make sure they never ran out. What impressed me the most was how seamless everything went and how thorough they were with the cleanup afterwards. They deserve a very big pat on the back.

Everything was great. Everyone loved the food and our two servers were excellent. I think there was a lot of interest among some attendees about who you guys were and they may have taken cards.

Everyone at the office was so impressed by the delicious gourmet brunch, sophisticated presentation, friendly service and on-site chefs! (Everyone got a kick in seeing the chefs wearing their tall white chef hats and cooking up omelets on-site!)

You guys were amazing!! The food was delicious. We got so many compliments about how yummy the food was and how exquisitely presented it was. I'll bet you will be getting a lot of calls from people that attended. :) And I'm telling everyone I know that you are the caterers to get for their parties.
Carissa and Becky were great. They made everything go so smoothly. They were awesome!! They were so willing to help out with everything and just set my mind at ease that I didn't have to worry about the food.

Of course, the food was ridiculously wonderful, and the presentation was lovely!! Marie was really accomodating and worked really hard-- I'm sure she was quite tired at the end. The guests were very impressed with the menu and the set up. They raved about everything but just so you know, particular favorites were the potato appetizer (which was new for us) the salmon mousse of course, and not surprisingly the crab cakes.
As always, you did a terrific job. Thank you again for ensuring the great evening we had last night!!
