Our historical SoDo Park venue is an in-city oasis, featuring exposed-beams, high ceilings and an urban-loft design. A blank slate for clients to personalize with themes, colors and special configuration, Herban Feast SoDo Park comfortably accommodates up to 275 guests for a seated dinner and up to 450 for a stand-up appetizer reception.
Herban Feast's focus on sustainable and eco-friendliness contributes to the essence of this unique venue, with the incorporation of reused materials and products and the most current recycling and composting practices.
The venue offers ample parking and is easily accessible from I-5 and Highway 99.
2008 Rental Rates
Peak Season Months
July, August, September & December ~ Fridays and Saturdays
$4,500 for an 8-hour time block
$2,300 for an 8-hour time block (weekdays and Sundays)
Non-Peak Months run $2300 for an 8-hour block
*Special 'day-time only' rates available (seasonal pricing)
*Additional hours may be requested ($275/hour)
Tables, chairs, cutlery, china and glassware are included in the rental fee.
Linens, food & beverages, valet parking, coat check service, staffing, service charge. and taxes are additional.
