Herban Feast has given me the opportunity to utilize all my skills I’ve gained over the years, as well as continue to grow as a chef every day. I come to Herban Feast with the experience of being Chef de Cuisine of a high volume caterer in Spokane. The challenges and logistics of planning, preparing for and executing multiple events at different venues are exciting. The Herban Feast staff are some of the hardest working and most detail-oriented hospitality professionals to work with. I look forward to more opportunities to work directly with clients to bring their culinary visions to life and make their special occasions memorable.
What is one food you could not live without?
Eggs. There are just so many things you can do with eggs!
What beverage are you enjoying when you are out on the town?
An Old Fashioned or a good beer.
Where is your hometown and what is your favorite thing about it?
Spokane, WA and my favorite thing about it is how it gets all 4 four seasons. Hot summers and snowy winters.
What you do you like to do with your free time?
I try to get to the gym whenever I can. Other than that, I’m just relaxing at home watching Netflix and cooking or baking.
