I have been in the hospitality industry for 15 years and studied food and wine across the globe. I’ve been mentored by some of world’s top chefs and sommeliers, and trained in Michelin star service. Moving to Herban Feast was a big goal for me and a natural next step in my hospitality career. I am passionate about giving and creating experiences. Being part of a collaborative intricately-orchestrated service that creates an opulent experience for you is what drives me!

Where is your hometown and what is your favorite thing about it?

Olympia, WA. I love it’s weirdness and independent artist culture.

What you do you like to do with your free time?

I spend my free time traveling, going on long walks, hammocking, playing pinball, and scouting antiques!
