Our Pacific Northwest Region produces endless varieties of fresh and delicious ingredients. We have built our mission around delivering that bounty to our customers with seasonal menus and exceptional service. We choose to support regional growers from the San Juan Islands to the Wenatchee Valley and pride ourselves on creating recipes that highlight the flavors and characteristics of each locale.
