01 Aug Herban Feast Real Wedding: Nia & Chase at Sodo Park
Nia and Chase’s September wedding at Sodo Park radiated romance with a rich color palette of golds and greens and an abundance of florals.
During their ceremony, the couple exchanged vows beneath a lush circular arch adorned with foliage and white blossoms that complimented Nia’s cascading bridal bouquet.
To welcome guests to their reception, Nia and Chase offered our crowd-pleasing appetizers including a Mango Lassi Shooter, Sweet Potato and Dungeness Crab Cakes, Vegetarian Samosas, and Smoked Salmon Crostini.
Dinner was buffet style and the newlyweds’ customized menu featured a delightful mix of flavors with an international flare.
Entrées included Pan Seared Wild Pacific King Salmon with Citrus Arugula Coulis, Butter Chicken, Herb-Crusted Tender Beef Loin with Demi-Glace and a Vegetarian Kofta Curry, accompanied by sides of basmati rice, summer succotash, Saag Paneer and fingerling potatoes.
Guests raised their glasses to the new bride and groom with their signature cocktails, Dark and Stormies and Palomas.
Everyone had a fantastic time as they danced the night away at Sodo Park!
