24 Feb Herban Feast Real Wedding: Brittanie and Russell at The Foundry
In an intimate ceremony with just over 100 guests, Brittanie and Russell’s late summer wedding at The Foundry featured both modern and classic elements that combined perfectly to create a warm and romantic atmosphere.
On the Menu
Their menu included a few of our delicious canape style appetizers; ancho-crusted beef loin and chorizo and cotija stuffed mushrooms. For dinner, the couple chose to have a family-style experience. Their guests enjoyed artisan rolls and our pickled beet and truffle salad. For the main course, the couple selected rosemary and salt-crusted tender beef loin, and pan-seared cod. Entrees were accompanied by seasonal herb roasted vegetables and sautéed mushroom gnocchi.
Herban Design Studio designed the statement-making floral arrangements featuring a unique mix of dahlias, orchids, and pampas grass. Pops of gold and warm candlelight contrasted beautifully with the use of acrylic stands during the ceremony. Foral elements from the ceremony transitioned into the reception with a row of the majestic arrangements down the center of the head table.
